Transportation Guidelines Astor Elementary

Transportation is a big focus for our staff at Astor. We have put in place some protocols in order to keep your child safe and help eliminate class disruptions.  

• If you plan on picking up your child in the middle of the day, please send a note with your child so that we can have them ready.
• In order to avoid confusion, we will not accept transportation changes (this includes pick-up) after 2:00 pm and 1:00 on Thursdays.  
• In order to accustom teachers and students to the transportation plans, we will not be taking any transportation changes for the first two weeks of school unless you are picking up your child.  
• Permanent transportation changes need to be done in person at the office.
